DESCRIPTION
Alloy 80A – is a special heat-resistant alloy based on nickel and chromium with high creep resistance being strengthened by the addition of titanium and aluminum. It has excellent resistance to oxidation atmospheres and the formation of surface oxide at elevated temperatures. It has good mechanical properties and excellent creep resistance at temperatures up to 815 °C. Characterized by high resistance to fatigue under very big loads.
The main purpose of Alloy 80A – hot-rolled bars, discs, rings, turbine blades and other parts operating at temperatures up to +750 °C, spring wire, intended for the production of cylindrical springs of compression and stretching of the operating temperature of -253 °C to + 500 °C in various media (air, seawater vapor upto +200 °C, vacuum) and seals used in turbines, shut-off valves, heaters, control devices in reactors.
